Albuquerque Home Inventory is Declining
In fact there are fewer Albuquerque Homes for Sale than in recent memory. You'd have to go back to 2007 to find fewer homes for sale in the city of Albuquerque. There are several reasons for this. First, home sales were up considerably during the fourth quarter of 2011. Second, fewer homes came on the market during this time as many Albuquerque home sellers now understand that prices are down. Third, the rental market is experiencing higher demand than ever so many Albuquerque homes are becoming rental properties until the home prices come back.
